This week the American Telemedicine Association hosted a thought provoking conference for leader in healthcare to collaborate and learn. We all agree that the existing healthcare system is broken and that consumers, technology and rising health care costs are strong catalysts for change. I personally believe it will be consumers that drive this change. What matters to you, is as important as what’s the matter with you and we should have choices in how we consume healthcare. We don’t have to replace healthcare with telehealth but it is a solution to help provide better access and visibility to our own health status. Are you an active participant in your own health and how do you see technology playing a role in healthcare?
