EverThere?

EverThere® is a cloud-based caregiver health tracking app that integrates data with Libris® to provide a user-friendly, comprehensive dashboard for those managing the health and safety of Libris users. The Data that is collected from Libris is transmitted to the caregiver medical alert app. This allows EverThere to display real-time activity data and event notifications from the device continuously.

The medical alert system platform gives control for personalized notifications, activity tracking, and real-time and previous location histories.


Real-Time User Data

The EverThere medical alert service platform receives status updates from the Libris mPERS device giving caregivers and family members real-time user data and location tracking. Using the monitoring platform’s dashboard, caregivers can update notifications preferences, and a medical personnel team can pinpoint a user’s location in and outside the home. Because it is Cloud-based, over-the-air software updates are possible with the Libris® and EverThere that streamline the ability to add future advanced capabilities.

Secure Care Coordination

EverThere enables multi-person, secure care coordination with people you can count on: family members and caregivers can stay connected to their loved one and employers can stay informed about the wellbeing and safety of their staff when using our monitoring and medical alert service.

Caregivers are able to quickly see an overview of activity for the day, week, or month to better understand how an elderly loved one is doing when alone.

For Lone Workers, employers can use the portal to confirm employee safety and their location in an emergency situation.

Proactive Health Tracking

Ongoing visibility to an individual’s health and safety status keeps everyone aware and engaged. By tracking activity and location information through a medical alert device, caregivers or employers can recognize when something is out of the ordinary and quickly respond.

Care

The intuitive EverThere interface is designed to simplify and support the caregiving and coordination process by connecting the family and caregiver with the senior in the case of an emergency situation. Users select the services they need, and have the capability to change team member access rights.

Individual care is enhanced even from a distance with personalized notifications to family members and caregivers when medical alert device battery is low, or if the data indicates a trend that signals a potential problem.
